This beautifully soft, water resistant and toasty warm yet quite light weight wool comes from Icelandic lambs raised on a small farm right here in Prince Edward Island. This is from their lambs' first shearing – and when it’s gone, it’s gone until next lambing season! Approximately 100 yards (91 meters) to a 3.5 oz (100 gram) skein. Please note - the Taupe colourway is from a ewe and is spun a little finer at 125 yards (114 meters) to a 3.5 oz (100 gram) skein.
