Create a beautiful twisted fringe on your finished weaving projects with this quad fringe twister. Decide on the number of strands to be placed into each clamp. Turn the crank until the fringe starts to kink. Holding the ends of two groups of fringe, remove the clips and tie an overhand knot. The two groups will twist around each other.
